May 19-22, 2014: WSP will be presenting three posters at The Ninth International Conference on Remediation of Chlorinated and Recalcitrant Compounds in Monterey, CA. The conference is being hosted by Battle.   

May 20-23, 2014: A-Zone WSP Environmental, a joint venture under the U.S. Small Business Administration's Mentor-Protégé Program, will be exhibiting at the 2014 Joint Engineer Training Conference & Expo (JETC) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. The conference and expo is the industry’s only Joint Engineer conference tailored specifically to meet the needs of those serving in, or working for, the Federal government, including DOD.  The JETC is co-hosted by the Society of American Military Engineers and the Jacksonville Post and includes technical sessions, product and services information, and networking sessions. September 15-17, 2014: During the 2014 Auditing Roundtable Fall National Meeting & Technology Expo in Charlotte, NC, speakers are invited to help attendees understand some of the areas of auditing that they may not address every day, but may need to have expertise in conducting.  Meet WSP staff and join the conference as we all explore some of the “edges” of auditing.  In addition to hearing from experts in these less frequent audit situations, the conference will also have a true “roundtable” opportunity to discuss and share experiences. 

October 20-23, 2014: WSP will be attending the Annual Conference on Soils, Sediments, Water and Energy being held at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. The conference has become the preeminent national conference in this important environmental area. The conference attracts 600-800 attendees annually which includes a wide variety of representation from state and federal agencies; military; a number of industries including railroad, petroleum, transportation, utilities; the environmental engineering and consulting community; and academia.

October 22-24, 2014: WSP is sponsoring and will be exhibiting at the 2014 NAEM EHS Management Forum being held in Austin, TX. This is the largest annual gathering of corporate environment, health and safety (EHS) and sustainability leaders. For more than 20 years, NAEM's annual conference has been the premiere event dedicated to best practice-sharing for those developing and integrating strategic environmental programs within companies. The sessions cover issues such as: setting goals, creating a culture of safety, environmental compliance tools, greenhouse gas management, climate risk assessments, regulatory updates, water conservation, life cycle analysis, stakeholder engagement and external reporting.
